 eptember 2026\, to discover the remarkable KIEM 2050 project. KIEM 2050 is
  located along Boulevard Pierre Frieden\, on the Kirchberg plateau. It is 
 the first residential development in the district to combine circular desi
 gn with a hybrid wood-concrete construction system. The project also refle
 cts a strong vision of community life\, defined by the Fonds Kirchberg and
  brought to life by Immobel and Prefalux. It will offer 148 apartments\, t
 he majority of which are affordable housing. Shared spaces and everyday in
 teraction are at the heart of the design. The development also includes 4.
