- Promoter / Developer of the Year
- Fund of the Year
- Personality of the Year

There are three categories open for submissions. Choose the one that best matches the achievements you wish to present.
- Best Office Project (2023–2025)
- Best Residential Project (2023–2025)
- Best “Living Together” Project (2023–2025)

WHO CAN APPLY
Eligible projects
Projects located in Luxembourg delivered between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2025.
Who can apply
- Property owners
- Project developers ( with the owner’s consent if they are not the property owner)
- Project architects acting in an executive role (with owner's consent)

ELECTION PROCESS
Please find below the two-step evaluation process applicable to the award categories.
1. Jury Review
For the categories Best Office Project, Best Residential Project, and Best “Living Together” Project, which are open for applications, an independent jury panel will assess all submissions to verify their eligibility and compliance with the criteria. The jury will then select the candidates to be submitted to the public vote.
For the categories Investor of the Year, Promoter / Developer of the Year, and Fund of the Year, the jury will directly select the candidates to be submitted to the public vote.
2. Public Vote
The selected candidates will then be submitted to a public vote by real estate professionals, ensuring industry-wide recognition and engagement.
