Following a successful first mandate, the LuxReal Young Talents Committee (YTC) is opening applications for its second two-year mandate, starting in January 2027.
The Young Talents Committee was created to bring together the next generation of professionals shaping Luxembourg's real estate industry. Through networking initiatives, industry events, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with LuxReal members, the committee aims to:
- Promote the Luxembourg real estate industry among young professionals (until 33 years of age);
- Strengthen connections between future industry leaders;
- Encourage innovation, fresh perspectives, and cross-sector collaboration;
- Increase the visibility and attractiveness of careers within the real estate ecosystem;
- Contribute to the development of the LuxReal community and its initiatives.
The Young Talents Committee is designed for motivated professionals who are eager to make a meaningful contribution to Luxembourg's real estate community. Committee members are expected to actively participate in meetings, support the organization of projects and events, and dedicate time beyond their day-to-day professional responsibilities to help advance the committee's objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to expand your professional network, collaborate with industry peers, and play an active role in shaping initiatives that create value for both LuxReal members and the wider real estate sector.
WHO CAN APPLY ?
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Be employed by a LuxReal Supporting Member and have the support / sponsorship of your company's representative at LuxReal;
- Be 33 years old or younger at the application deadline;
- Be an active professional (internships excluded) within the wider Luxembourg real estate industry;
- Demonstrate an interest in the Luxembourg real estate sector and the objectives of the Young Talents Committee.
We encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences across the real estate value chain.

SELECTION PROCESS
Following the application deadline:
- Applications will be reviewed by the Young Talents Committee and LuxReal representatives.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview.
- Selected candidates will be informed before the end of 2026.
- The new mandate will officially begin in January 2027.
