LuxReal has launched a Young Talents initiative, an exclusive platform tailored for our Supporting Members aged 25-35 who are emerging professionals in the Real Estate sector in Luxembourg. 

This initiative is designed to cultivate a dynamic and supportive community of young professionals, offering unique opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and career development tailored specifically to the next generation in our industry.

ABOUT THE INITIATIVE

This initiative aims to:

- Developing opportunities: Creating tailored events, networking sessions, and learning experiences for young professionals.

- Connecting generations: Bridging the gap between industry leaders and young talents through mentorship and knowledge-sharing, via our academies all year long.

- Encouraging innovation: Providing a space for fresh ideas, collaboration, and forward-thinking approaches in Real Estate.

YOUNG TALENT COMMITTEE

To shape this initiative, the LuxReal Executive Board has created a Young Talent Committee, a dedicated team committed to fostering the professional growth and engagement of young professionals within Luxembourg’s Real Estate sector.

The Committee comprises 14 members with a multidisciplinary composition representing the variety of functions and skills present in the real estate industry.
