We are pleased to invite you to an introductory training session on Green Building Certifications, providing an overview of the main schemes used in Luxembourg and across Europe (including BREEAM, LEED, DGNB and HQE), how they work, and why they matter for real estate investors, owners and lenders.

The session will be led by experts from PwC Luxembourg (Pierre Wauthier, Adèle Zanuttini and Angela Crisci), who will share practical insights on certification frameworks, implementation challenges, best practices, and the value certifications bring to real estate assets. The discussion will also explore how certifications support sustainability strategies and alignment with the EU Taxonomy.
