From origination to closing, an interactive deep dive into a Real Estate transaction.

The Young Talent Committee is glad to invite the young talent community of LuxReal's members to the next event dedicated to them. We have prepared a hands‑on event mapping the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction. You will experience each stage of a standard deal—from market scanning to deal sourcing, through structuring, due diligence, financing, documentation and closing— while learning best practices, common pitfalls, and market‑tested timelines. With a pragmatic focus on how transactions are executed in the local market, the format connects strategic considerations with operational realities, illustrating how sponsors, investors, lenders, advisors, and counterparties collaborate to deliver successful outcomes.

What to Expect

The event opens with a 20‑minute introduction covering an overview of the deal cycle, its main steps, and a snapshot of European real estate market trends and figures. Participants will then rotate across five expert‑led tables, each diving into a key step of the cycle in more detail. This format is designed to maximize interaction, practical insights, and peer exchange. Afterwards, a networking cocktail will allow you to exchange and connect between participants.

This event is designed for young real estate professionals ( < 35 year-old) whose organisations are members of LuxReal's.

• Format: 20‑minute introduction + 1h15 rotating roundtables (five expert‑led tables, c. 15min each) + Networking
  
  
• When: 3 February 2026, 18h Registration opens, 18h30 Start of the event.
  
  
• Where: PwC Luxembourg - 2, rue Gerhard Mercator, L-2182 Luxembourg. Please note that no parking is available on PwC’s premises. We recommend using one of the nearby car parks (P+R, Auchan) or taking public transport
