We are pleased to invite our members to a site visit co-organised with Fonds Kirchberg, Immobel and Prefalux on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, to discover the remarkable KIEM 2050 project.

KIEM 2050 is located along Boulevard Pierre Frieden, on the Kirchberg plateau. It is the first residential development in the district to combine circular design with a hybrid wood-concrete construction system. 

The project also reflects a strong vision of community life, defined by the Fonds Kirchberg and brought to life by Immobel and Prefalux. It will offer 148 apartments, the majority of which are affordable housing. Shared spaces and everyday interaction are at the heart of the design. The development also includes 4.000 sqm of mixed-use spaces for retail, offices and services.

This event is exclusively reserved for LuxReal Supporting Members. Registrations will be subject to verification.

For safety and logistical reasons, participation is strictly limited to 35 participants.

As places are limited, only one representative per company will be able to attend.

Should you need to cancel your participation, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to another member wishing to attend.

Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes for the site visit.

🚩Safety helmets and high-visibility vests will be provided on site.
